Football

Student Athletes will need 3 forms on file with the athletic department to participate.

MSHSAA Form 1--Preparticipation Doc--this is due every year

MSHSAA Form 2--Physical Examination Form--this is due every two years.  Once in middle school.

Student-Athlete Contract--this is due every year.

The coaching staff is looking forward to getting to work and having a successful season.

Football practice/try-outs begin Tuesday, August 20^th right after school.  Meet by the shed near the football field.  Wear t-shirt, shorts and cleats and bring a water bottle.  All students must have a physical on file before they can practice/tryout.
